Position Overview:
The Client Service Specialist (CSS) works in collaboration with the International Sales team to ensure all needs of our clients are met. The CSS is responsible for driving, monitoring, and tracking client usage and satisfaction. This includes proactive and reactive service by way of client requests and inquiries, coordination of the on-boarding process, web id set-up, event participation, etc., plus all points of membership lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated professional who thrives in a team-oriented environment, with a customer service orientation.
Core job functions include: Support International Sales organization in developing, and tracking client account usage of contracted products/services. Work with International sales on new business development initiatives Effectively collaborate with other functional departments to field inbound client requests, field research inquiries, coordinate strategy sessions and any out of service requests. Support input of key data into internal CRM system by documenting all client interaction as well as monitoring time logged for analyst/sales interaction. Effectively coordinate and facilitate Welcome Calls with new and renewing clients. Compile Welcome Kits and Client Care contact materials for external clients. Provision web access for clients and partner with our I.S. team to troubleshoot any access issues clients may experience. Conduct website training for clients. Support Sales Operations during high volume bookings period (quarter and year-end) to review and resolve all sales orders. Work with International Sales and Sales Operations to support ad-hoc projects and programs for internal and external clients. Work with Client Marketing to support and execute messages to client base (e.g., product/service changes, company changes, and email campaigns).
Qualifications: 2-4 years of administrative or customer service experience BA/BS degree Fluent in Spanish a must Portuguese a plus Intermediate-level experience with MS Office programs Experience with CRM systems strongly preferred Proofreading skills preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize among conflicting demands Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent oral and written communications skills Demonstrated ability to function in a team atmosphere Strong organizational and time management skills
