Customer Service Team Leader

Team Lead - Inbound Customer Service - Supervise, monitor performance of and train Inbound staff - Handle inbound customer service inquiries - Comprehensive understanding of program and documentation parameters - Successfully communicate program and contract parameters to customer - Responsible for ensuring compliance with Company's performance metrics related to phone, system maintenance, contract adjustment and issue resolution - Effectively communicate with various internal departments and vendors to bring resolution to issues Requirements: · College graduate preferred or equivalent work experience, including 4- 6 years in the financial field (bank, mortgage, financial institution, etc.) · 2+ years work experience in Operations/Resource Management · Strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office preferred · Expertise in general collection techniques, including settlement negotiations on commercial/lease contracts, personal guarantors, and letters of credit · Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of management · Ability to handle complex situations that require sophisticated negotiation and advanced financial and credit analysis skills · Ability to understand and explain personal and business credit reporting, financial statements, contracts and other legal documents · Excellent written and oral presentation skills with both external and internal customers · Excellent reporting, documentation, follow up skills, time management Location Jacksonville, FL Start Date: Friday, May 09, 2008 About CIT A Leading Diversified Commercial & Consumer Finance Company CIT is a leading global finance company, driving economic growth and creating opportunities for businesses and people around the world.
