Customer Support Representative- Software Support

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, innovative, problem solver wiith good communication skills.  Someone with the ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally. 

As a Customer Support Representative you will be the first point of contact or front line point of communication (first tier of support) for customers calling with questions or issues regarding the Textura system. This role is proficient in the use of Textura’s software.

Responsibilities:

• Train and support new and existing customers.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while speaking with customers.
• Troubleshoot user problems and determine appropriate path for solution.
• Identify and escalate customer issues.
• Answer general questions about the Textura system for potential and existing customers.
• Develop working knowledge of construction industry practices, common applications and their interaction with the Textura system.
• Work closely with Customer Implementation Managers and Consultants on tier two issues.

Requirements:
• BS/BA or Associates degree
• 1+ years of professional experience in customer service field or call center environment.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with technology, accounting or finance.
• Construction / Real Estate / Banking industry knowledge a plus.
• Prior experience using Help Desk or Call Center software a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple issues and set priorities based on impact, urgency and ease of solving.
• Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and maintain a high standard of service and quality control.
• Ability to work independently, while at the same time supporting a team environment.
• Professional, "get it done" attitude and work ethic. Willingness to work on a wide range of activities as required.
