Data Entry Account Analyst

Solix, Inc. is seeking a Data Entry Account Analyst. This position will be responsible for performing the following tasks:Review and evaluate program applications for residents seeking discounts on their phone bills.Analyze program applications and make a determination of applicant eligibility.  Review and process appeals of applications.  Assist supervisor or manager with customer service issues.

Qualifications:  High School diploma plus two to four years prior work experience including accounting, customer service and/or clerical/administrative support, strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills are all required.
