Ensures Company safety and sanitation standards are followed and adheres to all Federal, State and Local regulations. Is accountable for price integrity, in-stock, inventory control and payroll management.QualificationsCustomer:·Enforces Company safety and sanitation standards and adheres to all Federal, State and Local regulations.·Greet customers and assist as needed. Resolve customer concerns and problems.·Ensures company in-stock standards, policies and programs are implemented. Maintains shelf allocations to accommodate the availability of products at all times for the customer in support of marketing programs.·Responsible for the ordering, receiving, display and sale of all products while adhering to Company quality and merchandising standards.People:·Interviews, hires or assists in hiring applicants to maintain store staffing requirements. ·Conducts New Associate Orientation, oversees the training and development of associates and maintains documentation of training programs associates have completed. ·Interprets personnel policies and procedures (including dress code), furnishing personnel information to associates. Assists in resolving concerns and problems and other employee relations issues by maintaining open communication between associates and management. Tours store to ensure implementation of personnel policies and procedures. Participates and assists in preparing for general store meetings, providing information to store associates regarding personnel programs. ·Assists the Store Coach with the coordination of Associate Annual Reviews with store management team ensuring that reviews are completed in a timely manner and according to personnel policies and procedures. ·Prepares work schedules as directed by the Store Coach, ensuring accuracy of record keeping and in accordance with staffing budget and scheduling guidelines. Sales:·Maintains accurate records of sales, purchases, and any transfers daily between departments and or Stores.·Ensures planograms & plot plans are accurate and displayed on-time.·Responsible for proper department conditions on the sales floor, back room, and cooler to attain sales goals. ·Develops and implements merchandising programs for display of advertised and featured items to increase sales and profits.·Responsible for the ordering, receiving, display and sale of all products while adhering to Company quality and merchandising standards.Profit:·Maintains accurate grinding logs.·Ensures accurate inventories through proper counting and recording of all merchandise while adhering to all Company procedures and policies regarding inventory.·Ensures accuracy of regular, competitive, promotional, and advertised prices by reviewing, checking and auditing prices in order to maintain accurate unit price integrity.·Minimize shrink through proper ordering, stocking, rotating, culling, dating, organizing and cleaning to attain maximum profit and inventory control.Requirements:·Strong reading, writing, oral, analytical and arithmetic skills. ·One to two years retail, personnel experience or equivalent. ·Able to communicate effectively, both orally and writing with all levels of associates. ·Computer/Systems capability and skill of applied knowledge. ·Repetitive bending, lifting, stretching and reaching.BenefitsAs a Sears Holdings professional, your career path options will be determined by your performance as well as your desire to advance further within the organization.
