Desktop Publishing Specialist

 Primary Responsibilities: Generate PowerPoint graphics for client presentations using Excel chart output Create graphics/layouts for corporate communication pieces

 Core Competencies Works effectively in a team-oriented environment Very detail oriented Excellent time management skills Fluency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint Expertise in integrating Excel chart output into PowerPoint reports Knowledge of graphics programs (e.g.,  Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, QuarkXpress) is preferred

 Experience Required Two years of related experience required (additional education may be substituted for years of work experience) Experience in marketing and/or marketing research a plus

 Compensation Competitive, DOE

 Preferred Educational Background Required: High School Diploma or GED Preferred: Two or more years of college  

 Part-time: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm (30 hours/week).  Could be arranged as a full-time or part-time position, depending on the candidate.
