Basic Job Functions: The focus of this position will be to work on enhancing First Solar’s Business Intelligence package solution including our data warehouse and related tools.  Experience:  · 4+ years experience as .net developer at a medium to large scale company with an emphasis on financial and manufacturing systems· Experience in data warehouse development in the areas of integrating with source systems, building and maintaining data cubes· Must have experience in Microsoft SQL 2000/2005· Must have hands-on experience with reporting tools; Experience with SQL Reporting Services, ProClarity or Performance Point a plus.· Experience in integration of data between systems and the monitoring/alerting activities of those interfaces· Experience in SSIS is a strong plus· Development experience using X++ a plus· Experience in application integration using BizTalk a plus Education:· 4 year degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Required Skills:· Proven ability and knowledge of computer technology· Excellent communication and organization skills· Ability to work with FS associates and consultants effectively· Ability to learn and manage any other development activities used by the company· Ability to define/document and implement business system policies and procedures· Proven interpersonal skills· Experience with multi-tiered architecture using VisualBasic, HTML, XML, X++, SQL Essential Functions & Responsibilities· Meet development needs for our Data warehouse to meet troubleshooting and project specific needs· Extend package solutions to meet First Solar requirements· Integrate, build & manage data cubes to and from data warehouse· Developing clear processes and automating as part of enhancement and upgrade cycle· Extending solutions to the Firs Solar Portal sites (MS SharePoint) internally and externally· Maintain version control systems and be a part of SOX implementation· Provide user reports from the multiple solutions· Be an integral part of deploying ERP globally and supporting software· Exercises effective communications levels and fosters team building· Adheres to all safety procedures and good housekeeping standards· Performs other assignments as required  See Job Description.
