 We are looking to add an additional Customer Service Rep / Direct Mail Project Coordinator to our team. This person must be an energetic, client focused individual who gets results.

This position interfaces with the client, sales reps, and production department and the primary responsibility of this position is to support the sales reps by coordinating and tracking jobs after they are received.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this position are:

Outstanding client and sales support and service.

Estimating direct mail and print services.

Coordination of project details including order entry, inventory, on-time delivery requirements and billing.

Candidates must have the ability to multi-task and have good organizational skills.

Candidates for this position must have a minimum of 2+ years in a direct marketing environment, 2+ years experience in an administrative or sales support position, excellent phone skills, and be proficient Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Access, and Word). Experience with accounting software is beneficial but not required.  A Bachelors Degree is preferred, but not required.

Normal work hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5pm plus overtime if required.
