Direct Sales Representative

POSITION SUMMARY: The Direct Sales Representative (DSR) is responsible for generating new sales (cable internet and CDV) and upgrading services to existing customers in the North Bay Market.

Job Responsibilities: New sales of cable, high speed internet, and CDV to new customers  and upgrade of services to existing customers Cold calling to acquire new subscribers & upgrade current customers through door-to-door canvassing, special projects and local event opportunities. Follow-up on all sales leads generated through cold calling, canvassing, and event opportunities. Promote and educate potential and current customers on the various products available and the value benefit to achieve sales performance goals. Prepare subscriber sales application, arrange for installation date/time and customer follow-up. Maintain and improve upon sales presentation, product knowledge, and basic sales skills. Attend sales meetings as required. Actively participate in all required training. Maintain accurate record keeping and reporting of all sales activities. Perform other duties as assigned by Sales Manager.

Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Valid California Drivers License California State required liability insurance Ability to communicate effectively verbally. Works well with others. Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance. Ability to work independently with excellent sales skills.
