Director Business Development

ABM, a national facilities mgmt. co. is seeking a Director, Business Development for

New Jersey.

 

Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies to identify leads and prospects; prepare bids for potential opportunities including project revenue and cost estimates, formulating a proposal, and presenting to customers; ensure that customer relations, customer satisfaction, concern for quality, and customer service are at the highest level; evaluate the competition to identify areas in which the ABM solution offers maximum value; provide management with sales and profit forecasts; ensure that all services provided are performed as contracted, at the intended profit levels, and to quality standards; identify and target multiple types of properties to include owner occupied commercial real estate, multi-tenant occupied commercial real estate, pharmaceutical properties, colleges and universities, private K – HS schools.

 

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business plus 2-5 years of sales experience required.
