This includes: On-going Support and Administration of HRIS and Payroll Systems, such as Enterprise V4, ReportSmith, Enterprise eTime and Autopay; HRIS Data Analysis and Reporting and Delivery of Technical Training to Managers, Associates and the HR Community. Oversees the support for the needs of the business through acquisitions, reorganizations and divestitures. Defines the strategic direction of the HR Technology and Specialty Services organization with particular focus on service quality, improved productivity and technological innovation. Oversees the advanced support and administration of internal HR and Payroll systems, such as Enterprise eTime, HR Enterprise V4, Reportsmith, Salesforce.com, Autopay and Turnover system; HRIS data analysis and reporting and the delivery of technical training.Oversees the administrative support for acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations for all ADP businesses. Ensures the successful introduction and integration of new business to the HR Shared Services model, including the integration of the HRIS database and critical objective on the payroll conversion action plan to ensure successful transition to ADP payroll. Manages a staff of professional associates. Provides guidance and direction to ensure maximum support and World Class Service to all ADP associates as well as the HR community. Ensures that staff is well versed in ADP Corporate HR and Payroll policies and procedures and have in-depth knowledge of HRIS and Payroll Systems. Provides periodic performance feedback versus objectives and conducts annual performance reviews for all direct reports. Responsible for recruitment, selection and terminations as required.Partners with other shared services areas, such as: Payroll Operations, HR Service Center, HR Programs, and Strategic Staffing to develop appropriate workflows to provide high level of client service that appears seamless to the field. Develops strong business relationships with Internal Corporate functions, such as Benefits, Employment Law Services and Corporate Information Systems.Interacts with Corporate Information Systems to ensure automation initiatives are kept in sync with HR Shared Services business requirements. Utilizes thorough knowledge of ADP's HR & Payroll technology, policies and procedures to continually evaluate and identify reengineering and automation opportunities to improve productivity and help the shared services organization successfully maximize a shared services environment.Responsible for Quality Assurance of all HR and Payroll transaction processing. Ensures appropriate controls are in place to safeguard data integrity and on-going compliance in response to Sarbanes-Oxley requirements for HR and Payroll.Participates in the decision making process with the Senior Management Team. Provides timely statistical reports to management regarding service delivery and trends.Plans for department expenses, resources and capital requirements and manages the department to achieve forecasted and planned financial results.Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Degree or Equivalent in Education and ExperiencePHR or CPP Certification preferred. 8 - 12 Years of directly related experience. Business experience demonstrating strong leadership and project management skills. Requires in depth knowledge of HRIS and Payroll systems, such as Associate Portal Applications, Enterprise V4, Reportsmith, EeTime, and Autopay.
