ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:• Analyze historic services data, evaluate current conditions, and gather market intelligence to appropriately manage the business.• Development and implementation of key services metrics and monitoring tools that allows services management to have a “services dashboard” at all levels of the organization.• Provide recommendations on improvements to process and reporting that will o increase revenue and profitability and reduce expenses both at a project level, and across all of Serviceso increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Services o increase forecast accuracy• Accountable for the creation of and administration of the services Project Management Office, ensuring it creates appropriate controls and affords appropriate structure for improving the effectiveness and profitability of services projects.• Develop and implement Project Management practices including the development of iterative processes, training and metrics with full accountability for meeting all deadlines.• Establish a reputation of excellence for project management by ensuring that all projects deliver the required outcomes on time, within budget and to an agreed quality level, achieving specified client satisfaction levels.• Develop and maintain a standard methodology and supporting templates to ensure projects are defined, tracked and communicated in a consistent and effective manner. Incorporate effective project charter change request, issue tracking and risk management controls. • Lead and manage the Operations Analyst team, scheduling team and PMO team, strengthening the talent through the development of existing staff and selective hiring of new staff.• Accountable for the establishment, management of and appropriateness of project methodology tools, and compliance within the Services organization• Accountability for the process for developing accurate forecasts.• Analyze the results of the forecast and evaluate their impact on performance. • Performs effective and efficient staffing of human resources to projects.• Works closely with Academy in the development and modification of training programs for new Services teammates.• Recommends changes to current services procedures based on Services data and market research and new trends• Work with Finance in the budget planning process and continued analysis of performance against budget.• Liaison to Commission Department for issue resolution and compensation plan interpretation.• Administrate services variable compensation plan creation and distribution, including detailed fiscal impact analysis.• Manages managers in various sales support functions.
