We are currently looking to add a Director of Analysis and Design to our growing team.

The Director of Analysis and Design is accountable for the instructional integrity of all Five Star products, and the operational management of the Analysis and Design department. The position gives work direction, motivates, mentors, and evaluates the functional, technical, and creative performance of the Instructional Designers, Performance Consultants, and Editors. The position will monitor the work of the Analysis and Design Department staff to help ensure that it is completed according to Five Star’s instructional, scheduling, budget, and quality goals. The successful candidate will employ the ADDIE process to ensure that all projects achieve their stated objectives. In addition, the position will coach and mentor department staff members, providing them with balanced feedback and encouraging their ongoing professional development.  Some travel will be required.





Required Experience:
- Master's Degree in instructional design or related field preferred
- Five or more years experience in training design and development.  E-learning experience required
- Management/Team leadership experience required
- Consulting and operations management experience a plus
