National Client needs a Director of Finance and Investor Relations to head those operations.Emphasis on Treasury, M&A, Investor communications & managing expectations, market and industry research and analysis, and financial projections.  Role is not focused on accounting per se.Need specific experience with handling investors and strategic M&A assessments and valuations.Prefer retail sales to consumers based industries and not just wholesale or B2B.BS degree required.  MBA a plus.Need MS Word resume with daytime/cell phone contact info to call qualified candidates.
