Director of Marketing (1165)

Description

 

Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:

·         Develop and deploy strategic marketing plans and programs at the corporate level and for each market, ensure the profitable growth and expansion of all company products and/or services

·         Develop, track, analyze and manage the annual marketing budget and programs

·         Works closely with CMO to ensure alignment between marketing and business strategy 

·         Continuously modify marketing plans as conditions warrant

·         Conducts/purchases marketing surveys/research to assess impact of marketing programs

·         Monitor and adjust marketing mix to maximize sales results

·         Manage development and deployment of the company’s brand management strategy

·         Ensure that all advertising is optimally designed to realize defined objectives, and communicates a consistent brand message across business lines and media types 

·         Ensures all materials are consistent with branding strategy

·         Manage website content

·         Guide direct marketing programs, including both traditional mail and email, to meet business objectives in the most cost effective manner possibleWork with internal Marketing team and outside vendors to develop integrated marketing programs and coordinate marketing activitiesHandle outreach and media relationsRequired Skills
