Director of Metrics and Analytics - OLMP
The Director for Metrics and Analytics, under the direction and supervision of the Vice President Strategy, Analytics and Policy in the Office of Labor Management Partnership, will be responsible for providing key business metrics, establish targets to drive desired results, analysis, and communicate performance results. Major responsibilities include:NATIONAL LMP DASHBOARD: Provide guidance to MIA in the on-going development of the national LMP dashboard, including helping to determine appropriate metrics for display, best means of display for understanding by various audiences, and coordinating support from other business owners across KP who need to supply data to the national dashboard. Ensure that the national dashboard is integrated with other existing dashboards and non-duplicative by understanding other critical leadership dashboards and recommending how they can be integrated. REGIONAL UBT SCORECARDS: Work with key regional leadership as they develop+ scorecards for Unit Based Teams, providing support, consistency across regions as much as possible, and cross fertilization of ideas across regions. Provide guidance to Program Office IT in their efforts to automate and otherwise support regional score card efforts. ANALYTICS SUPPORT: Identify and perform analytical assessments of outcomes of LMP activities, utilizing existing data and metrics, including, but not limited to, tracking significant trends in improvements and resulting benefit realization. KEY INITIATIVE SUPPORT: As needed, provide metrics support for key initiatives such as attendance and service quality improvements, and identify areas in which greater consistency can be achieved in use of metrics and analytics.
