As a Director of OEM /Build Partnersand team member of our rapidly growing company, you will have significant impact on our company's growth and success. Your Responsibilities: Independently identify and acquire new OEM Partners, in addition to supporting present Partner baseBe prime Partner contact throughout the acquisition process through post acquisition and revenue based activitieProvide guidance to Partner prospects throughout the acquisition process; including technical and business due diligence, contract negotiations to closureBuild the mutual business plan and go to market strategyCoordinate Partner training (sales and technical)Attend joint sales calls with Partner when appropriatePrepare and execute Seeing is Believing" eventsBuild a sustainable pipeline with each PartnerParticipation in trade show events, workshops, seminars and other marketing eventsResponsible for annual quotaExtensive travel is required Your Profile: 10+ years of successful software (technology) solutions sales and account management experience to mid size and large companiesExperience in selling solutions and concepts to senior decision makersExperience in OEM Sales, Channels Sales and/or Direct SalesIdeally you are bringing segment specific sales experience with youA sense of urgency and enthusiasmAbility to qualify and prioritize prospects, and generate opportunities through prospecting, networking and relationship buildingStrong negotiation skillsCreative thinker with the ability to multi-taskAble to respond quickly and think both strategically and tacticallyTeam based mentalityAn outgoing, focused and organized person with a strong will to succeedFour year degree or equivalent experienceExcellent verbal and written English skills as the company language is English
