Director of Operations

Monkey Joe's is an indoor inflatable playground for children 12 and under.  We are all about kids having fun, being healthy, jumping, sliding, and playing in the best indoor playground you have ever seen! We attract walk-in customers, school groups, church organizations, and of course birthday parties! 

 

We are in search of a highly energetic, outgoing individual who is comfortable working around children in a fast paced, fun, team-oriented environment.  A good basic knowledge of retail store operation is a plus!  Our new team member must be self-motivated and full of initiative and leadership skills.  Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

 

~Provide leadership of day to day operations for Monkey Joe's teams in both Greenville and Spartanburg, SC locations.

 ~Manage personnel including assistant managers and other team members for both locations.

~Assist ownership to establish sales goals and develop strategies for growth.

~Provide team member training when necessary.

~Operate point of sale management system.

~Manage team payroll, expenses, and budgets.

~Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between locations.

 

Salary plus bonus, based on work history and experience.
