Director of Sales

Successful, growing, material handling company has an excellent opportunity for a Director of Sales.  This position is responsible for the overall coordination, functional management and leadership of all the sales activities of the organization.  Qualified applicants will have 5+ years experience in a Sales Management position with a company who handles aftermarket products. Standards of performance for this role include but are not limited to:Ensuring that the sales effort has achieved or exceeded sales revenue and GP objectivesFully staffing the sales department with Account Managers/Business Development Managers who are achieving their sales objectives and have a defined career path

These standards will be met by completion of the following responsibilities:Planning, developing and establishing sales policies and objectives in accordance with the objectives of the organizationPlanning and maintaining the sales department budgetConstantly keeping abreast of changes in the Material Handling Industry in order to oversee development and execution of the sales plans including quotas and account objectives for their team.
