The largest contract cleaning service provider in the Midwest is seeking a highly skilled professional with the ability to provide vision, planning, guidance, motivation, direction, and growth to our Special Services Division.

Here is a sampling of the services provided by the Special Services Department:

 

· Commercial carpet, upholstery, and hard surface floor cleaning and restoration,

· Window cleaning

· Light fixture re-lamping and cleaning

· Parking lot sweeping and striping

· Fire and water restoration

· Construction cleaning

· Assorted other specialized cleaning services.

 

Ideal candidates will possess the ability to manage in a diverse environment with a high level of focus on client and customer service. We are seeking a candidate with demonstrated career progression and a minimum of 7-10 years operational management experience in specialized commercial contract cleaning services or related industry. Degree in Business Management, RBSM, or CBSE certification preferred.
