JOB TITLE: DISTRICT MANAGER - MIDDLE MARKET CUSTOMERS - Naperville, ILJOB DESCRIPTION:Responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Naperville IL Middle Market sales team which consists of 7 sales team members. Responsible for the continued growth of a $14 million portfolio by driving new revenue opportunities and growing existing revenue streams as well as creating an energetic, highly skilled team. This individual will also partner with cross-functional teams and key business partners to help drive revenue growth and maintain a strong sales team.He/she will lead the account planning process for the team to ensure revenue goals are met and product implementations are successful. This individual must maintain a rigorous and robust pipeline that will yield strong revenue growth. He/she will also continue building a winning team through active Winning Culture initiatives to include consistent team training/mentoring and maintaining open and ongoing communications. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred. 7+ years of Sales/Sales Management experience. Demonstrated strategic selling and negotiation skills. Strong planning/organization and problem solving skills. Solid leadership and interpersonal skills, including exceptional communication and listening skills. Results oriented.
