District Manager



Location: Madison, WI



The District Manager (DM) is responsible and accountable for driving district-wide business results and profitability through effectively coaching and developing Store Managers in the key areas of people, property, and product. The DM supports employees to promote marketing iniatives, company sales, optimum customer satisfaction, performance standards, and the maximization of operating margin.



This management position requires:High school diploma or equivalent and 3 to 5 years management experience or college degree with 2 to 3 years management experience. Multi-unit retail sales experience. Excellent customer service and sales skills. Strong communication, time management, leadership, presentation skills. Ability to effectively train, develop, and manage team members. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
