Electronic Marketing Coordinator
Summary: Coordinate the online/ electronic marketing of Buxton’s services by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
§ Execute online marketing plan and programs, including Web site development and utilization, and establish and maintain the company's presence in mailing lists and newsgroups, etc.
§ Continually refine the corporate Web presence.
§ Create electronic marketing materials, HTML e-mail, e-newsletters, landing pages, banner ads, Google Adwords etc. This includes development of Ad copy, creation of design and coordination with vendors for posting and receiving results.
§ Track and report electronic marketing metrics. This includes leads generated, click-through in emails, and website, blog and Google Ad Words analytics.
§ Coordinate and manage webcasts including development of presentation, sending invitations, technical aspects of webcast and follow up.
§ Maintain and improve company blogs, including posting articles, recommending topics and providing analysis of results.
§ Provide monthly report on all leads obtained through electronic channels
§ Assist in various marketing functions as needed based on fluctuating workloads within the department
§ Research market trends and make recommendations of new marketing opportunities
§ Assist other departments, as needed, with miscellaneous projects – writing and editing, visual images and icons, public relations
Requirements:
§ BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field, and 2-3 years work background; or equivalent combinations of education and experience
§ Proficient with Adobe products - Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, FireFox.
§ Also proficient with HTML (webpage and HTML emails), ASP and Microsoft Office Products
§ Experience using Google Adwords, Salesforce or other CRM software and Database management.
§ Excellent writing and editing skills. Graphic Design a plus
§ Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment in a position where you will be working with little supervision.
