BA, 5 yrs, experience in Defined Contribution and Recordkeeping.Benefits (Administrator, Analyst)Benefits Administrator: Electronic/paper file over-sight, billing, 401(K) retirement, ERISA compliance, SOX, COBRA, H SA, HRA, Audit QMSCO, FAS 106 valuation. Extensive expertise in FMLA, ADA, HIPAA. Minimum 5 yrs. experience in benefits/HR. Experience in Benefits Formula: Cash balance, Dollars X Service, Final Average Earnings, Floor Offset, Social Security Offset.Benefits Analyst: Analyze internal plan costs, research external data, manage and audit monthly budget/expenses,audits 5500s, SOX, project management.
