Employee Development Manager

 

to join our Global Services team.  The Employee Development Manager will be responsible for managing the activities involved in the need assessment, design, preparation, delivery and maintenance of training and development programs for Global Services, Global Services employees and Consulting Alliance partners.  Areas of focus include

 New hire trainingCollege hire trainingProduct trainingTechnical trainingProduct Launch trainingProject Management trainingMethodology trainingTools training Soft skills trainingEstablish the template learning path for each role and competency for all Global Services employeesAssist managers with ensuring profiles are current and relevant per employeeAssess and define standard consulting roles and required competenciesOther duties as assigned

 



Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in business or computer science Minimum 6 to 9 years experience in training, product support, and/or other consulting environment Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills Knowledge of ERP/software industry is required; QAD experience preferred Excellent conflict management skills Demonstrated experience in leading process/efficiency improvement initiatives Proficiency with MS Office Suite Prior experience in managing multi-site/multinational employees as well as an understanding of On Demand processes is helpful Ability to travel globally as needed
