Employee Relations/EEO/AA Specialist Summary
Our client is seeking an Employee Relations/EEO/AA Specialist coming from a large government contractor. In this role you would be supporting employee relations programs, as well as preparing Affirmative Action plans, EEO-1 and Vets-100 reports, and OFCCP audit reports. Would lead internal employee relations cases, as well as provide training & consulting to managers. Must have strong mediation and investigation skills, as well as be able to multitask and be flexible.
Essential Employee Relations/EEO/AA Specialist Skills & CharacteristicsMust have at least 2 years experience working with a large government contractor Minimum of 2 years experience in employee relations Minimum of 2 years experience preparing affirmative action plans, and EEO Must be knowledgeable in OFCCP regulations
