Engineering Technician IV Lead

Description:  Perform all Mass Properties Tech III functions. Prepare and maintain procedures to ensure tasks are performed in a safe, accurate, and consistent manner. Ensure proper use of approved safety and mearsuring equipment, instrumentation, techniques and procedures. Quality Control (QC) check all measurement data and ensure timely delivery to customer. Perform all required administrative tasks within section. Coordinate work requests with appropriate Quality Assurance Evaluators (QAE's). Supervise all personnel assigned to section. Skills:  Pay Rate: $24.79/HourMandatory Qualifications:Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be able to work in extreme outdoor weather conditions. Must be capable of performing manual repetitive activities and able to lift 105 lbs unassisted. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a related field plus qualifying skills as a Tech III in Mass Properties. Must exhibit good supervisory and administrative skills. Must possess a valid Driver's License. Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening. Must possess or be able to obtain a Security Clearance within 18 months of hire.Desired Qualifications:Higher math and/or physics aptitude. Computer operating and programming skills. Certificates in the following: Level II Ammunition Certificate, Rad Worker I; Ammunition Measurement; Flash X-ray; Gage Cleaning; Gage Reading; Stargage and Pullover; Vehicle Measurement; Tire Measurement. Possess a class "C" Arizona Commerical Driver's License with HAZMAT endorsement. Possess an Associates or Bachelors degree.
