As such, executive management and board members have higher expectations for the oversight and management of their key business risks, and how risk and control efforts support overall business performance. Due to the tremendous needs of our clients, our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) practice is looking for a senior executive level advisor with the following competencies: Ability to manage large and complex engagements focused on broader business risks and risk and control activities. Ability to conduct focused risk assessment interviews with senior executives in the context of strategic business objectives with an entity level view of business processes and organizational structure to define improve and monitor opportunities. Ability to facilitate functional leadership in sessions to define opportunities for alignment and coordination across traditional organizational structures focused on risk management, internal audit, internal control, compliance and business operations. Experience with process design and reengineering focused on entity level management processes and activities. To qualify, candidates must have: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, math, statistics or related field; MBA preferred A minimum of 10 years of related Risk Management, Audit and/or directly applicable business experience Big 4 experience preferred CPA/CA, CIA, CISA, CFE, CMA, RICS APC, PMP or CCIM certification desired; Non-certified hires are required to become certified within 1 year from the date of hire; based on an individual's professional background, area of expertise, or industry focus, we recognize that other certifications, credentials, or experience may be more relevant than the listed certifications and therefore may be acceptable substitutes with written consent of EY's Area and Americas ERM leadership Strong Metrics and Quantitative skills experienceGA-Atlanta
