The consulting industry has entered a rapid growth phase.  As a result, Oxford Global Resources, Inc is looking to expand our Sales and Recruiting staff in ourFortworth, TX office. We are hiring people that possess the right attitude, are money motivated, and are eager to learn more about the consulting industry.

 

In the Account Manager position you will be trained to:Identify and build relationships with hiring managers who are in need of consulting services in the form of individual consultants, projects teams or outsourced services. Follow up on leads from recruiters, consultants and hiring managers. Available tools include our company’s database, office records and marketing programs; networking; researching print media; and cold calling. Understand customer requirements for proposing Oxford’s Solutions Move prospects quickly through the sales process from beginning to end Working in a team environment. Close new business over the phone Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets

In the Technical Recruiter position you will be trained to:

· Source consultants with leading edge critical skills. 

· Obtain referrals from consultants and user managers; direct recruit; network with personal contacts; and search through our company’s database.

· Interview consultants to assess skills, experience, availability, compensation requirements and willingness to travel. 

· Check references to verify information and obtain leads and market information.

· Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets

· Our industry leading compensation plan includes a competitive base salary and commission plan.  Realistic first year total comp.: 38 to 45K.
