Entry- Level Human Resources Coordinator

 

A growing office in Newtown Square with about 180 employees is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator for full-time employment in a busy HR department.  This person is responsible for providing a full range of administrative support for the HR functions.  The HR Coordinator assists in carrying out various human resources programs including, recruitment, total rewards administration, risk management, employee relations, and exit processing.  This HR role performs specialized and clerical support tasks for human resources related programs, policies, procedures, and initiatives. 

 

IDEAL CANDIDATE:  Highly attentive detail and can appropriately prioritize.  Must be quick to learn with ability to take charge and follow through.  Is task-oriented, organized and hard-working. Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced, competitive and collaborative environment. Need a professional with excellent telephone skills. 

 

Must have an interest in, and aptitude for, people and solving business problems. Has excellent communication and writing skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Internet search. Also displays a friendly, team-oriented demeanor.

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:  The position requires an Associates degree and a minimum of 1-2 years of relative work experience with human resource-oriented functions.  Experience may be substituted for education.
