Executive Assistant

Description:To provide administrative support to the Executive Management team. This position requires the individual to exercise good judgment and prioritize well. This person should have a high degree of flexibility, operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time. The person in this position will need to build strong relationships with other departments in order to accomplish tasks and achieve goals. This person will likely work on assignments that are extremely sensitive in nature with high-level contacts inside and outside the company, so the ability to keep confidentiality is of critical importance. Candidates for this position should have an excellent customer service orientation, an outgoing personality, and strong verbal and written communication skills.SPECIFIC DUTIES1.Coordinates schedules, internal and external meetings, and travel.2.Answer and screen incoming phone calls; coordinate telephone conferences, respond or route external / internal customer calls.3.Handle confidential information / documents.4.Provide coordination of presentation materials such as staff meetings.5.Occasionally draft executive letters, reports, and other documents. Compile information for weekly reports.6.Act as liaison with clients, vendors, managers, and employees.7.Work closely and interact with senior staff and their assistants at other eBay locations.8.Prepare and track expense reports, invoices, purchase orders.9.Coordinate events and special projects; frequently cater luncheon meetings.10.Assist with personal tasks; perform occasional errands; handle personal confidential information and documents.11.Perform miscellaneous related duties as assigned.Qualifications:EducationBachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities1.Superior knowledge of the eBay product.2.Strong knowledge and skill in using Microsoft applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access3.Possess a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
