Help INPUT be a leader in the industry by acting as the Executive Administrative Assistant who enhances executive's effectiveness; produces information and prepares reports; represents the executive; conserves executive's time; maintains appointment schedule; welcomes guests and customers; completes projects; develops filing systems; maintains office supplies inventory and equipment operation. The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and analytical support for Executives and other employees as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS * Four-year college degree required. * Minimum – three - five (3 – 5) year's experience in Executive Administration. * Experience supporting a Sales Team or Consulting Group preferred. * Excellent computer, desktop publishing, and Internet skills (Microsoft Office, HTML, Acrobat, etc.) required. * Strong analytical and problem solving skills. * Strong interpersonal and written communications skills. * Professional appearance and demeanor. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: * Provides administrative support for Executives and employees as assigned. * Process correspondence, memorandums, proposals, contracts, reports, meeting notes, presentations, etc., and/or convert computer generated correspondence and reports for final signature or production process to standard specifications. * Assists Senior Manager, Administration in enforcing Practices. * Interfaces with other Administrative and Human Resources staff to share and coordinate workload. * Provides meeting and conference call coordination for Executives and employees. * Responsible for making travel arrangements for Executives, employees and visitors. * Prepare Expense Reports for Executives and employees. * Prepare conference rooms for meetings, trainings, etc. * Assist with office supply procurement and inventory monitoring when necessary * Provide back-up for Receptionist if necessary. * Any other tasks as assigned. * Full Benefit Package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD, STD, 401(k), Flex Benefits, Section 125, Corporate Holidays and Paid Days Off (PDO)
