The rapid growth and expansion of this firm calls for a very experienced senior level Executive Assistant that can align with and amplify his effectiveness fueled by powerful synergistic team effort between the two of you.

 

This client is seeking a limited number of qualified executive assistant candidates who are comfortable working in a fast paced, high powered productive executive level environment that embraces the concept of cooperative excellence.

 

This company’s large client base is embracing their alternative healthcare programs, workplace routines and technical interventions not only because this innovative company’s services reduce the overall cost for their client’s employee healthcare expenses but because their unique tools and tactics dramatically improve the health of their client’s employees. The successful individual will need a track record of executive level support experience and be comfortable with dealing with high powered decision makers in high visibility environments.  You will report directly to the CEO and there is no limit to the opportunities available for the successful candidate.

 

They would like to see a minimum of 3-5 years of direct executive support and a proven track record of escalating responsibility and performance.
