HPABGG60604 To 50K, Bonus to 10%, paid OT & tremendous benefits; 401K, med, dental, life, 3 weeks vacation Sr. Administrative Assistant The administrative staff plays a vital role in the company's success, and those individuals serving in these positions are recognized by their colleagues as key members of their group, department, or organizational team. You will deal directly with and provide support to management at all levels of the company and frequently deal directly with customers and business partners as well. Your excellent communications skills will be constantly put to the test, as will your ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously as you serve as a focal point of a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. Responsibilities• Calendar management • Coordinating and scheduling meetings • Completing expense reports via Equest • Opening, sorting and distributing mail • Maintaining supplies • Telephone coverage • Handling travel arrangements • Preparing and finalizing correspondence • Preparing quality reports using Excel and PowerPoint • Assisting with special projects in the department • Perform other administrative duties as requiredQualificationsEducation and Experience • A bachelor's degree strongly preferred or, secretarial certificate/related work experience • Must have 2+ years experience in a professional environment Skills and Knowledge • Must be proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). • This position requires a professional, articulate candidate with strong attention to detail. • The candidate must be able to work efficiently and effectively, handling many tasks simultaneously. • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organizational skills and consistent follow through skills. • Must have ability to effectively interact with various levels of management within the organization. • Must also be able to work with highly confidential material and be flexible enough to assist with a variety of other duties as needed. • Candidate must also be available to work some overtime when needed and be a true team player.
