We are looking for candidates with warehousing/distribution/SAP experience.

 

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with UTi, you are a key element in the relationship management process.  This requires a level of professionalism and flexibility.  An overview of CSR resposiblity is below.  Please note that requirements and expectations are subject to change, based on the needs of our clients.  Occasional overtime may be required to meet client needs.

Description of Job: {The CSR reports to the Administrative Manager}
• Responsible for building rapport and trust by delivering exceptional service consistently
• Responsible for accurate and timely data entry of shipping and receiving information
• Adhere to all UTi Integrated Logistics policies and rules regarding quality, process improvement, safety, and housekeeping
• Maintain a professional image to internal and external Customers
• Respond to all Customer requests (internal and external) in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
• Prepare required activity reports accurately and efficiently for site management
• Coordinate all inbound and outbound activity for assigned accounts/functions

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements: (To be discussed in more detail upon interview)

• May be required to lift up to 25 lbs to support general office duties

Other:

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office needed (Word, Excel, etc.)
• General office support skills required (telephone management and etiquette, file management, and organization)
• CSR experience in the supply chain industry needed
