Due to our explosive growth we are hiring experienced Paralegal/Customer service reps.
You will be responsible for recommending suit worthiness on files and compliance with all standard operating procedures from a variety of clients. You will negotiate with our clients on settlements wage garnishments, bank garnishments, setting up repayment plans, and documenting all transactions. The right people will be very customer service oriented. We are a very fast paced enthusiastic, diverse group of people. We handle a very large national volume of retail and commercial files; we have offices in Minnesota and Arizona and are looking to add to our staff. *$32,500 starting salary plus unlimited bonuses! (The AVERAGE bonus for 2007 was $800 - $1.200 per month).
