Experienced Recruiting Coordinator - FSO - 00ILU
The Experienced Recruiting Coordinator works closely with Ernst & Young Recruiters with customer service aspects of the recruiting process and execution of our recruiting strategy and processes. The Recruiting Coordinator interacts with our Shared Services Center (SSC) employees during various stages of the recruiting process such as coordinating and managing candidate responses, visits, interviews, and offer letters through use of the firm's recruiting information system (Taleo). This individual may assist recruiters in analyzing and coordinating compliance activities related to the recruiting and onboarding of new hires. The Recruiting Coordinator also aids recruiting personnel in other aspects of the recruiting process requiring significant interaction and communication with employees, and candidates such as project and strategy execution. Additionally, this individual assists our Sourcing Team and Experienced Recruiters with creative sourcing program activities and strategic initiatives. The Experienced Recruiting Coordinator reports directly to a designated Experienced Recruiter or an Experienced Recruiting Leader. In addition, this position has an indirect reporting line to our Recruiting and Lifelong Relationships Operations Manager and is part of a larger Recruiting Coordinator network. Responsibilities Provide office visit troubleshooting; provide on-site interaction with candidates to work through cancellation or office visit issues on behalf of the recruiter (may or may not be in the same office as the recruiter). Provide hands-on coordination of scheduling and onboarding requirements with our Shared Services Center teams, including completion of templates and follow-up on status. Complete compliance monitoring and follow-up related to recruiting process and file requirements (e.g., completed evaluations, background investigation sign-offs, independence consent sign-offs, applicant flows). Assist with recruiter and business unit recruiting reporting requirements and processing. Liaise with foreign national candidates and the firm's Center for Mobility Services on immigration and onboarding requirements. Assist with the validation of I-9 documentation and collection of new hire paperwork. Assist Sourcing Team and recruiters with the execution of activities around creative sourcing programs or other strategic initiatives. Assist with the planning and execution of events for experienced recruiting, such as group interview days, career fairs, MBA programs, Ernst & Young affinity groups or local professional organizations. Support various initiatives through analysis and hands-on follow-up with area/field personnel. Serve as a customer care and primary administrative liaison with external candidates in the recruitment process.
