Ernst & Young's Business Advisory Services F&PM/BAS practice helps clients improve performance through a focus on providing business advisory services that achieve measurable and sustainable benefits in Finance and Performance Management (F&PM), supply chain and operations, and customer. As a member of Ernst & Young's F&PM/BAS team, the Manager leads multiple client engagement teams and works with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services. In addition, the manager is responsible for some business development activities on strategic priority accounts. F&PM/BAS delivers multiple supply chain and operations services to our clients including: supply chain direction and support; planning, procurement, operations, fulfillment, service, and Tax Effective Supply Chain Management (TESCM) transformations; and product lifecycle management. Responsibilities Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management. Collaborate to plan engagement objectives and a strategy that addresses risk and performance improvement. Manage expectations of service delivery. Stay informed of business/economic developments and their impact to the client. Demonstrate high levels of technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledge. Keep up-to-date with current developments and trends in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge. Deliver quality services. Value and model excellent client service by establishing goals and implementation plans to achieve high-quality deliverables within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Develop relationships with team members across all EY practices to serve client needs.To qualify, candidates must have:a bachelor's degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 4 years of related work experience a degree with an emphasis in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics extensive experience in providing advisory services in the supply chain and other operational areas that impact the supply chain function (e.g., assessments, supply chain strategy, distribution/logistics (inbound, outbound, return), inventory management, procurement and sourcing, lean-six sigma, sales and operations planning, cost reduction, etc.) experience in selling and delivering projects that cover the full lifecycle of assessment, design and implementation support a demonstrated record in driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the C level of Fortune 500 companies ability to work collaboratively in a team environment (and know when to lead and when to follow) experience managing staff on multiple projects and providing direction to team members strong analytical and problem-solving skills excellent oral and written communication skills a high level of motivation and a self-starting attitude ability to think outside of the box, and thrive on new challenges a strong work ethic a willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated to be 80-100%GA-Atlanta
