FACILITIES MANAGER

The Facilities Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Finance/Controller and will be responsible for the overall operation and upkeep of our San Francisco headquarters building and all North American locations including Denver and Nashville.  Additionally, the Facilities Manage will be responsible for oversight of our facilities in Dublin.  The Facilities Manage will have one direct report in San Francisco (Facilities Coordinator) and indirect responsibility for three facilities coordinators (Denver, Nashville and Dublin)

RESPONSIBILITIES

v  Manage and administer all Facilities Site Services and Site Service contracts for multiple North American locations

v  Administer and maintain vendor relations, including building management and outside vendor scheduling and security

v  Coordinate mail delivery and office supply ordering and stocking

v  Maintain building security

v  Manage seating charts, coordinate moves, optimize space for work teams

v  Maintain compliance with all governmental regulations

v  Present facilities overview during new hire trainings

v  Respond to and manage North American requests in a friendly, helpful, and organized manner

v  Report service metrics to peers and management

v  Participate in Operations Staff meetings to contribute ideas and respond to business needs

v  Make service and site improvement recommendations and execute on ideas

v  Visit other North American locations to ensure services standards are kept

v  Other duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS

v  BS or BA degree with 5-10 years’ total relevant experience

v  Specialized expertise in Facilities core skills including vendor management, negotiation, and budget management

v  Awareness of governmental facility regulations

v  Working knowledge of critical building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security
