Facility Operations Manager

Responsibilities:Ensures operational excellence and quality of care within facility Responsible for managing all aspects of center operations Facilitates referrals from physicians through managing patients internally Responsible for oversight of 5 FTE’s Human Resource responsibilities –recruiting allied health professionals, hiring front office staff, developing and monitoring staff and performing annual evaluations Development of annual operating budget Participates in establishing consistent performance improvement activities and plans within the Facility


Requirements: 
Candidate should possess a personal standard of excellence and integrity Three years experience in outpatient radiology industry Self -starter / a history of working  independently Highly motivated Excellent communication skills Three - five years management level experience
