We expect all new managers to earn two promotions during their first year and be ready for their own store within two years. Managers with GM experience could make this happen in one year or less.

As an integral part of a store management team you are responsible for:

·Working with your employees to deliver outstanding service and quality
·Production management
·Creating and managing sales and marketing strategies
·Human resource administration
·Merchandising strategy management
·Light preventative maintenance

And this winter, we are coming to Cleveland which is why we are looking for great management talent NOW!
 

What this means is that a select few candidates will be receiving a very unique training opportunity.  Waterway is looking for people who are a great fit for our management position and would like to come to St. Louis, Missouri for approximately 6 months of on the job training.  Consider it a business trip.  All living expenses (food and lodging) will be paid for while you are earning your salary from day one.  In return, you will learn everything there is to know about being a diversified manager and running a successful Waterway Carwash.  Imagine the money you could save up during this time! 

Upon the completion of your training, you will return to Cleveland fully trained and ready to be a key part of the inaugural team that leads the newest Waterway, and yourself, to success!

A Bachelor's Degree is required.

Prior to employment, Waterway conducts a comprehensive background check on each candidate.
