Field Service Technician - IT

Eastern Copy Products, a Xerox company, is looking for an individual who will be based out of the Syracuse office to service the Syracuse/Utica area. You will install digital copier equipment to customers' networks as well as fix minor to major equipment malfuntions i.e. print/scan/main body on digital copiers related to maintaining customer up time.

High school diploma or equivalent required.  Some college or technical coursework desired.  Must have a clean driving record. A+, Net+ or MCP XP/Vista preferred.  Server certifications a plus.  Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
