Finance-VP/Divisional CFO (300's package)

Premiere International Conglomerate is looking for a VP/Divisional CFO. The VP/CFO will focus on defining, implementing and managing financial objectives, and contributing to the global strategic direction of  the Global Business and operations. Other major responsibility will be to provide strategic and day-to-day leadership.

 

Overall responsibilities will include:

-Manage the financial performance of a $1B P&L.  Create comprehensive global financial outlooks and forecasts and track monthly results in conjunction with regional CFOs.  Monitor risks and opportunities across all markets, mitigating potential risks before they escalate.  Identify and drive cost reduction initiatives and manage investment performance.

 

-As a member of the executive team, develop and implement strategies and translating stated objectives into actionable goals.  Partner with major stakeholders to ensure best practice controls are developed and executed. This includes but is not limited to development and oversight of all relevant investments, operating procedures and standards.

 

-Identify and implement opportunities to enhance effectiveness of Client relations, operational productivity, ongoing reengineering, and customer satisfaction initiatives for global operations, including creating infrastructure for developing markets.

 

-Mobilize resources to conceive new opportunities for ongoing revenue productivity and profit improvement throughout the business.

 

-  Manage, train and mentor a professional staff of 40.
