Financial Analyst - Sales (1-3 yrs exp Budgeting, Reporting & Analysis

JOB SUMMARY:

Hypercom Corporation (www.hypercom.com) is seeking a professional minded person for an exciting opportunity within the North American Sales & Operations group.  This person will be responsible for assisting the Director of Sales and Operations to manage sales forecasts, reconcile financials, formulate and balance budgets and act as the liaison between the external sales force and the corporate office.


 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and provide accurate forecasts for NA, Canada, SAM and MCCAParticipate in the development of annual budgets and perform variance analysisPerform financial analysis on monthly sales revenue and other financial dataProvide assistance to sales personnel and management as requestedLiaison between remote sales team and internal personnelReview and maintain monthly shipment reports as required by Sarbanes-OxleyAssist in creating Pricing Models for North American product linesPrepare and reconcile sales commission payoutsAd hoc reporting as neededOther duties as assigned 

 

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor's degree with a major in accounting, finance, business administration, or equivalent training

· Well-developed analytical and organizational ability where problems are complex

· High level of interpersonal, team and partnering skills

· Ability to network and collaborate cross-functionally

· Well-developed oral and written communication skills

· Highly proficient personal computer skills

· Comprehend department priorities

· Oracle 11.i experience (preferred)

· Seibel experience (preferred)

· Advanced Excel and Access Skills

Salary starting @ $45,000 DOE
