Financial Analyst – Sales Compensation

 

 

Position Purpose

· Primary responsibility for sales compensation administration & analysis

· Secondary responsibility supporting commercial projects & analyses

· Play a critical role in transforming compensation administration to a best-in-class model.

· Support existing process & contribute directly to process transformation.

 

 

Key Accountabilities:

· Ensure timely & accurate completion of compensation payments

· Report and analyse compensation trends & developments

· Support sales organization benchmarking & reporting efforts

· Recommend areas of incremental process improvement within functional scope

· Support commission plan / process changes through data analysis and financial modelling

· Capture & resolve compensation disputes, communicating outcomes to sales

· Communicate outcomes to sales managers or other stakeholders

 

 

Qualifications:

· BA/BS degree in Business or Finance.

 

· 2-5 years experience in analytical roles with superior financial analysis / FP&A experience

or

· 4-10 years experience as compensation plan administrator / process owner

 

· Prior compensation / commission experience preferred, but not necessary

 

· Service industry experience preferred

 

· Experience working in a fast-paced organization dealing with sales very help
