As a Financial Services Representative you will provide students across the country with the highest level of one-on-one customer service. Assist students through out their degree program in managing student finance records, accounting tasks and tuition payments while proactively coaching students to ensure they have a positive college experience. ·  Help students make financing, finance and financial aid choices

·  Understand the details of student’s financial arrangements

·  Comply with student’s financial obligations

·  Proactively provide information and assist students in making the best decisions and maintain their tuition payments so they can achieve their goal of college graduation.

·  Work as part of a Graduation Team to ensure student success

Requirements
We are currently seeking results oriented individuals with the ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. Customer service and/or accounting experience entailing one on one interaction is preferred. Possessing a relatively high level of interpersonal and communication skills to accurately convey University financial information is ideal. Working knowledge of financial software packages to enter, track, and maintain financial data is essential. One year of college education preferred.

ADDITIONAL FINANCIAL SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS:

 

·  High school diploma or equivalent

·  1-2 years of experience and/or the completion of undergraduate college coursework in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field

·  General knowledge of GAAP

·  Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats using standard financial terms

·  Uncompromising honesty and ethical standards

·  Working knowledge of personal and financial software packages and ability to enter, track and maintain financial data, as well as present information in a written or spreadsheet form

·  No education experience necessary
