Help Madfish Pier39/Little Madfish be a leader in the Franchise Restaurant industry by acting as Franchise Consultant who supports franchisees:

Evaluates new franchise opportunities Open & Set up new franchise locations. Accomplishes franchise human resource objectives Achieves franchise operational objectives Meets franchise financial objectives Obtains franchise market share Maintains franchise reputation Ensures operation of franchise equipment Establishes supplies inventory Ensures quality results Protects employees and customers Measures customer perceptions and awareness levels of products and service Updates franchise consultation job knowledge

Makes effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities Understanding the business environment, anticipates trends, and develops strategies to capitalize on opportunities and ensure long term growth. Ability to negotiate skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups. Skilled at using database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software to prepare statistical and written reports with varying degrees of complexity and detail for management. Handles complex problem effectively. Separates key issues and generates multiple solutions. Understands client needs, identifies root causes of problems, and develops and implements creative and pragmatic solutions. Must have a previous experience in Real Estate/Set up or open business. Skilled at summarizing and analyzing information for budgeting revenues and expenses. Presents information effectively and persuasively across communication settings.
