The GENERAL MANAGER at our ATLANTA market is responsible for entire depot location including financials, employee management, operations, service, delivery, and sales management.

 

POSITION DESCRIPTION

·  Manages the profitability of the depot (P&L) to include achieving budget plan objectives; inventory management; meeting install objectives; and insuring accounts receivable controls.

·  Responsible for development, motivation, and strong leadership of new programs, promotions, and procedures related to the success of the individual location.

·  Meet and exceed all related tasks associated with delivering outstanding customer service.

·  Recruits, hire, train, manage, and retain an effective team of qualified sales, technical, and management personnel.

·  Assume overall responsibility for sales management.

·  Planning / Procurement of parts and product.

·  Accountable for daily and monthly inventory.

·  Ensures that RTI is complying with all federally regulated requirements including DOT, OSHA, and HACCP.

·  Ensures RTI quality standards are adhered and enforced.

 

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION

·  Bachelors Degree; or 7-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent

·  Strong organizational skills

·  Minimum of 5 years experience & proven track record in leadership of operations team

·  Sales, distribution experience along with knowledge of local market is highly preferred
