Entrepreneurial commercial print/direct mail/fulfillment company is seeking top-tier operations specialist ready to give up boring corporate position to take a leadership role with a dynamic team.

OPPORTUNITY:
To be a “founding” team member with stock options at a full-service commercial printing, direct mail, and fulfillment company that intends to go public within three years.

SUMMARY:
Investors are some of the premier angels in the country. The two top execs have significant experience working for both Fortune 500 companies and the U.S. Marines, and have degrees from the #1 business school in the country. Both executive team and investors are committed to growing the company from a good sized regional player to a premier national vendor – with the goal of taking the company public in three years. Company has a 25 year reputation for being faster than any (sheet fed) player in the market. Management and investors believe strongly that this is the direction in which a majority of corporate work is headed (i.e. speed drives volume up and thereby drives cost down). Company is ISO9001 certified seven years running and already works for a number of Fortune 500 customers. Current equipment has $15MM of available capacity and includes multiple 6C, 4C and 2C 40" presses, digital equipment (incl a brand new iGen3 110), and in-house finishing and mailing capabilities. An IT staff that can build customer-focused web-to-print portals in a matter of days tops it all off.

COMPENSATION:
This position offers almost unlimited potential compensation. Both a base and significant performance-based incentives will be included, but the value of options at IPO will be the main reason why heavy hitters will choose to leave the boring corporate life to be part of this crazy “start up” world.

REQUIREMENTS:
Consideration requires a resume with a proven track record in printing and/or manufacturing.  Leadership experience is a must.  The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analysis of operations and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
