Global Team Manager

Reporting directly to Senior Vice President of Kline's Global Management Consulting Practice, the Global Team Manager will perform the following duties:

·  Support recruiting process (e.g. identifying needs, developing job descriptions, determining who should meet candidates, facilitating on-site interview visits)

·  Manage induction process for new hires

·  Support KMC’s career development program

·  Coordinate project staffing across practices (e.g. work across KMC practices to help optimize team utilization, helping to frame out project teams, provide assistance in recruiting of associates/outside firms)

·  Facilitate/organize monthly staff and other group meetings

·  Formalize and drive coach/mentor program

·  Drive knowledge management process

·  Manage employee relations (e.g. identification/escalation of potential issues)

·  Manage and support training program for all KMC employees

·  Facilitate project and annual performance review process

·  Manage Client Feedback program

·  Track KMC utilization and Rev Gen performance

·  Track KMC bookings performance

·  Coordinate with Accounting on billings

 

Qualifications:

This motivated team player will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business and/or equivalent work experience in an HR related position (either in an Human Resources role or as a consultant in an Organization / Human Performance type practice) with a management consulting firm. Strong interpersonal, communication, social skills, training development or delivery expertise and Excel/PowerPoint skills are essential.
